This elegant old brick building was home to professional offices for many years. Converting some of the space into downtown residential apartments required adhering to strict city building codes. New walls, flooring and other materials were blended in seamlessly with existing elements to provide a fresh yet comfortable & familiar look and feel for New England living.

JH Spain applied a skills combination of structural know-how and finish carpentry to complete this luxury apartment. The finished living space reveals the preserved beauty and aesthetic value of well-executed building conversions.
