Kentek Corporation needed a modern, state-of-the-art facility to develop and manufacture laser safety equipment and eyewear to serve a growing global market. Suitable property was found at the former Steenbeke & Sons lumber yard & retail center in Boscawen, NH.

Thanks to our reputation for attention to finished details in commercial construction, The John Flatley company hired JH Spain to completely renovate the entrance and front lobby areas at 200 Technology Park in Nashua.
One Eagle Square
Noted Capital Region developers Steve Duprey and Jonathan Chorlian hired JH Spain to renovate some of the common space at One Eagle Square, one of Concord’s most prestigious commercial locations. We meticulously finished the common spaces and converted the front entrance to be ADA accessible.
Sulloway and Hollis
Sulloway and Hollis, one of Concord’s largest and most prestigious law firms needed new conference rooms to reflect the quality of their legal work as well as the dignity of their clients. The major renovation of interior space within a historic 3-story downtown brick building adjacent the Capital State House had its share of challenges.
