Charter Trust serves an investor-class clientele and as such needs suitable conference and office spaces. JH Spain executed major renovations of their offices in downtown Concord. Renovations included first and third floor offices, conference room, new façade, and entrance with ADA complaint access.

Ledyard Bank’s Investment and Trust Services Division was established in 1994 and designed to provide investment management, trust and custody services. They are known today as Ledyard Financial Advisors. This wealth management team needed a distinctive commercial setting in Concord to serve their investor class clients.

Based in Hanover, NH, Ledyard Bank saw opportunities to branch out to the Capital Region and establish a retail banking center in a prime Concord location. JH Spain worked closely with the architect and engineer in meeting all the requirements of a secure financial institution.
