JH Spain renovated 14,000 square feet of existing space on a fast-tracked schedule to create a modern fitness facility complete with locker rooms, a childcare center, exercise areas and four state-of-the-art training studios.
Concord Antiques
This unique project required our expertise in mechanical systems installation, particularly modernizing and replacing steam heat pipes and controls as well as exposed ceiling duct work. Critical upgrading of these systems around some fire-damaged beams, in a nearly 100-year old building presented a few challenges.

JH Spain renovated the interior retail space for a Taylor Rental center which shares space with a TrueValue Hardware store. While the hardware and rental business are mostly complementary, careful consideration was given to distinguish the rental supply spaces from the hardware sales areas.
