BUILDING CONVERSION

Converting this 19th century industrial building into to 21st century urban residential apartments offered another opportunity for JH Spain to demonstrate the value of planned conversion over demolition.

Our firm’s greatest commitment is to support our local community. Our native city, Concord, has been very good to us and we feel it our duty to give back to this wonderful city. Providing safe, quality housing to those most in need meets with our deepest compassion toward supporting our hometown. 

This elegant old brick building was home to professional offices for many years. Converting some of the space into downtown residential apartments required adhering to strict city building codes.
