BUILDING CONVERSION

Converting this 19th century industrial building into to 21st century urban residential apartments offered another opportunity for JH Spain to demonstrate the value of planned conversion over demolition.

The Century 21 Circa 72 real estate office is located on Pleasant Street in the heart of downtown Concord, just a few blocks from Main Street. A separate carriage house located behind the main office building offered space for a uniquely elegant renovation into a residential apartment. JH Spain was hired to convert this carriage house into attractive residential living space.

This elegant old brick building was home to professional offices for many years. Converting some of the space into downtown residential apartments required adhering to strict city building codes.
