Richard Brown House

Volunteer of America (VOA) chose JH Spain to build a much-needed multiunit housing project. The Richard Brown House provides 32-units of high quality, affordable places for seniors to live comfortably and maintain their dignity and worth as individuals. 

Special amenities include summer flower and vegetable gardens, partially covered terrace with chairs, outside table and barbeque grill, and a community room featuring a full kitchen. Hallways are well lit and provide supportive railing. All apartments feature full kitchens with full-sized appliances.
