JH Spain was founded in Concord New, Hampshire by Joe Spain in 1983.

From the very beginning, we have developed strong and lasting relationships throughout the community and have maintained a reputation of high-quality work delivered on time and on budget with professionalism.

We’ve had the privilege to serve clients in the central New Hampshire region for over 40 years, completing projects ranging from single-family homes and condominium developments to institutional and commercial renovations and new construction.

Company Leadership

Over the years JH Spain’s leadership has transitioned gradually to the second generation of Spain family members who have been integral to the recent growth and management of the business. As the landscape of New Hampshire has changed, Joe Spain’s warmth, humor and family values remain a constant in our company culture today.

With the next generation taking over the helm, collaboration and team effort continue to our drive success. The same energy, integrity and ingenuity go to every project regardless of the size or challenge.
