6 Dixon

Converting this 19th century industrial building into to 21st century urban residential apartments offered another opportunity for JH Spain to demonstrate the value of planned conversion over demolition. The building at 6 Dixon Ave was part of a neglected section Concord’s downtown between North Main and Storrs Streets. It’s now home to several fine apartment homes.

Residents of these units enjoy large rooms and modern conveniences lots of architecturally pleasing angles and lines with structural exposed beams integrated with the modern finishes, all this with Downtown Concord right outside their doorway.
