Noted Capital Region developers Steve Duprey and Jonathan Chorlian hired JH Spain to renovate some of the common space at One Eagle Square, one of Concord’s most prestigious commercial locations. We meticulously finished the common spaces and converted the front entrance to be ADA accessible.

This elegant downtown space designed by architect John Jordan supports public foot traffic for a mix of business uses including professional offices and a fine restaurant & tavern.
