Karina began her journey with JH Spain in 2016, serving as one of the company's subcontractors for over four years.  In 2019, she joined the Union Painters, gaining two years of experience in commercial painting and project collaboration in the Boston area. Seeking greater challenges and an opportunity to serve her country, Karina joined the US Army as a paratrooper, where she honed her leadership, decipline and teamwork skills. 

Now serving as an Assistant Project Manager, Karina blends her hands-on construction expertise, military values, and emerging project management skills. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Business Management, further enhancing her ability to deliver outstanding results and promote collaboration within her teams. 

Passionate about traveling, continuous learning and self-development, Karina embrases new challenges. In her free time, she stays active, spends time with loved ones, and seeks opportunities for growth.
