Concord Hospital - New London

The former Colonial Pharmacy location owned by Crosspoint Associates of Newton, MA was chosen by Concord Hospital as a satellite treatment center for eligible patients residing in the Lake Sunapee region. The project involved a 5,400 square foot renovation of former retail space into a medical facility.

Concord Hospital recommended JH Spain based on previous successful projects. Notable work included a complete interior gutting and installations of customized clinical treatment rooms, PT exercise room, reception desk, waiting areas, patient conference areas, MEP systems upgrades, and an attractive architectural “storefront” with convenient patient parking.
