Concord Christian Academy
Concord Christian Academy chose JH Spain in to handle the school’s most ambitious renovation with the addition of a gymnasium and cultural performing arts center at the school. The total project entailed the construction of a 38,565 SF two story steel building addition with a 11,000 SF gymnasium, 490 seat auditorium with upgraded sound/lighting systems, 5 new classrooms, and a 4,000 SF lobby/function space. It also included the construction of an additional 52 space parking lot, walkways, storm water controls, landscaping, and underground utilities.
The results include the spectacular new gymnasium with abundant natural light, full-sized basketball court and practice courts. The school now supports indoor sports and physical fitness programs. The new performing arts center allows students to shine in music and theatre programs while bringing the community a great performance venue.
