Concord Antiques
This unique project required our expertise in mechanical systems installation, particularly modernizing and replacing steam heat pipes and controls as well as exposed ceiling duct work. Critical upgrading of these systems around some fire-damaged beams, in a nearly 100-year old building presented a few challenges.
The successful project completion allows Concord Antiques to continue offering a large, comfortable, and somewhat eclectic retail space for their customers to enjoy browsing.
