Carriage House

The Century 21 Circa 72 real estate office is located on Pleasant Street in the heart of downtown Concord, just a few blocks from Main Street. A separate carriage house located behind the main office building offered space for a uniquely elegant renovation into a residential apartment. JH Spain was hired to convert this carriage house into attractive residential living space. 

Completely separate from the main commercial building, the apartment has a distinct "country home" feel to it.
