Joe goes on to say "the company has come a long way during the past twenty years. When I first went into business in 1983, my main focus was remodeling and renovation. Back then it was only me doing all the jobs; bathrooms, kitchens, add-ons and whatever else people needed. Folks knew me as 'Joe the painter', Joe the tile man' and so on. A New Home Customer Says...
J.H. Spain Associates built our home in Concord over the Winter of 2003-2004. From the beginning of the planning and design process to the completion of the home we found Joe to be good to his word and timely in delivering estimates of the cost of our home, as well as willing to make helpful suggestions regarding areas where we could save money.
Once the construction phase of the process began we found the employees of J.H. Spain Associates, who performed work on our home to be professional, multi-talented, and friendly. We found that building a home involves making a lot of decisions, often within a short time span. We were thankful that both the office staff and site personnel were willing to make quality suggestions, and to take the time needed to improve the finished product. Overall, we were very impressed with the quality of the building materials and products used in our home, and we found ourselves wanting to upgrade only a few times, mostly plumbing and electrical fixtures. In addition, through Joe's meticulous approach and the skills of his employees our home has several design features which added to it's beauty and value.
